The Walking Dead is a 2012 episodic graphic adventure video game developed and published by Telltale Games. Set in the same universe as the comic book series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, it is the first installment in Telltale's The Walking Dead video game series. The game follows Lee Everett, a convicted criminal who becomes the guardian of a young girl named Clementine amidst the onset of a zombie apocalypse in Georgia. Player decisions, such as dialogue choices and actions, influence the story's direction, with the consequences of these choices carrying over across the game's episodes.

The Vicar of Vejlby is a 1922 Danish crime mystery film directed by August Blom. It is also known as The Hand of Fate. The silent film is based on a novella of the same name by Steen Steensen Blicher about a true murder case from 1626. Blom filmed the exteriors on location in the area of Grenaa and the village of Vejlby. International audiences praised Blom's adaptation for its \"high level artistry,\" but its faithfulness to the original tragedy was deemed \"too excessively sad\" for American audiences.

Elizabeth Barr Arthur was an American poet, author, journalist, librarian, and suffragist. In 1913, she joined the police force in Topeka, Kansas, together with Eva Corning, the two of them becoming the first women in the U.S. to hold positions of regular patrolmen. She was the editor and publisher of the Club Member and Current Topics papers. She was a prolific author, writing editorial, historical and feature pieces, but she preferred to be remembered as a poet.
